If you return your parcel via the Post Office (UPS), your refund could take between 3-4 weeks to process.
For returns via DHL, your return should be processed within 14 days of dropping off your parcel or your parcel being collected.
Please note that you will receive a notification of any VAT refunds, followed by a final notification once your full refund has been received by our warehouse and processed.
