If you return your parcel via the Post Office (UPS), your refund could take between 1-2 weeks to process.
For returns via DHL, your return should be processed within 7 days of dropping off your parcel or your parcel being collected.
Please note that you will receive a notification of any VAT refunds, followed by a final notification once your full refund has been received by our warehouse and processed.
